Like all Irish Heart Foundation activities, our stroke programme is no different as it relies on public and corporate donations to help.
We need to raise vital funds to support ongoing medical research into stroke and other forms of cardiovascular disease in Ireland.
We also require help to maintain a variety of patient support services, such as the provision of stroke nurses for stroke treatment and a Stroke Helpline, along with a full range of information leaflets dealing with all aspects of stroke.
Stroke.ie and the stroke helpline can only be maintained through financial support. This site represents the hub of our campaign to secure better stroke services and a better stroke helpline in Ireland, as well as providing the country’s most comprehensive source of stroke information.
