You can help support the Irish Heart Foundation Stroke campaign by taking part in one of the many events we run throughout the year. You can set up your own personal fundraising profile on our site and raise money by getting active.
You can ask your friends to sponsor you or get them to join you in your challenge.
You could join us on a sponsored walk during World Heart Day or join our International Trek to Cambodia or Camino de Santiago.
We also partner with individuals who take part in both national and international events such as the Dublin Women’s Mini Marathon, the New York Marathon or the London Marathon.
